In July 2005 and June 2008, locations were selected in Yuncheng and Jinan respectively, with investments of over 3 million yuan each for the design, construction, and production of the first phase of animal medicine GMP. On this basis, it successfully passed the GMP re inspection of the Ministry of Agriculture in 2010 and 2013.

In 2021, Jinshan Pharmaceutical and Dehui Pharmaceutical merged and relocated to establish Shandong Xindehui Biotechnology Co., Ltd. Under the call of the Yuncheng County People's Government's policy of returning home for entrepreneurship, the new company successfully settled in the Yuncheng County Pharmaceutical Park. Covering an area of 20000 square meters, constructing 7 GMP standard production lines and a standard laboratory. Successfully passed the new GMP acceptance with an excellent score of 96.3 in June 2022.

In July 2024, the company expanded its operations by building a new feed additive production workshop and three production lines. The sales team is gradually growing, and multiple business units have been established. The company's products are being systematically promoted nationwide, and long-term cooperation agreements have been signed with institutions such as Heze University for industry, academia, and research.
