[Veterinary drug name] Common name: Chloramphenicol Hydrochloride Lincomycin Hydrochloride Soluble Powder
[Veterinary drug name] Common name: Chloramphenicol Hydrochloride Lincomycin Hydrochloride Soluble Powder
Product Name:
English name: Spectinomycin Hydrochloride and Lincomycin
Hydrochloride Soluble Powder
Chinese Pinyin: Yansuan Daguanmeisu Yansuan Linkemeisu Kerongxingfen
[Main ingredients] Macromycin hydrochloride, lincomycin hydrochloride [Appearance] This product is a white or off white powder.
[Pharmacological Effects] Pharmacodynamics: Macromycin belongs to the aminoglycoside antibiotic class and is effective against various Gram negative bacteria, such as E. coli
Shigella, Salmonella, Shigella, Proteus, and other bacteria have moderate inhibitory effects. Sensitive to Streptococcus, Pneumococcus, Staphylococcus epidermidis, and certain Mycoplasma species (such as Mycoplasma gallisepticum, Mycoplasma turkey, Mycoplasma synovial fluid, etc.). Not sensitive to grass green streptococcus and Staphylococcus aureus. It is usually resistant to Pseudomonas aeruginosa and spirochetes. Intestinal bacteria are widely resistant to spectinomycin, but do not exhibit cross resistance with streptomycin. Lincomycin has good antibacterial activity against anaerobic bacteria, such as Clostridium, Streptococcus, Streptococcus, Clostridium tetani, Clostridium perfringens, and most actinomycetes. Lincomycin mainly acts on the 50S subunit of bacterial ribosomes, affecting protein synthesis by inhibiting peptide chain elongation.
After oral administration, only 7% of erythromycin is absorbed, but it maintains a high concentration in the gastrointestinal tract. The tissue concentration of the drug is lower than the serum concentration. Not easy to enter cerebrospinal fluid or take orally, with low binding rate to plasma proteins. Most drugs are excreted in their original form through glomerular filtration. Lincomycin has poor absorption when taken orally, with a bioavailability of 30% -40%. Mixed feeding can reduce its absorption rate and amount. Chickens were given 50mg of this product per kilogram of body weight (dissolved in drinking water) for 7 consecutive days. During the experiment, the concentration of lincomycin in the plasma reached 0.14 μ g/ml, while the concentration of erythromycin was extremely low, only exceeding 0.1 μ g/ml after 7 days of the experiment.
[Drug Interaction] (1) Combined with lincomycin, it can significantly increase the antibacterial activity against mycoplasma and expand the antibacterial spectrum.
(2) The combination of lincomycin and anticholinesterase drugs can reduce the efficacy of the latter. (3) Combination with erythromycin has an antagonistic effect.
