Most animals can absorb this product well when taken orally in pharmacokinetics. The bioavailability of chicken oral administration is 62.2% -84%, widely distributed in the body, and can enter tissues and body fluids (including bones) well. Except for cerebrospinal fluid, the drug concentration in almost all tissues is higher than that in plasma. Liver metabolism is mainly the production of ciprofloxacin by removing the ethyl group of 7-piperazine ring, followed by oxidation and glucuronic acid binding. It is mainly excreted through the kidneys (through tubular secretion and glomerular filtration), with 15% -50% excreted in its original form in the urine. The half-life of this product for chicken oral administration is 9.1-14.2 hours.
[Drug Interaction] (1) It has a synergistic effect when used in combination with aminoglycosides and broad-spectrum penicillin.
(2) Ca, Mg, Fe, Ab and other heavy metal ions can chelate with this product, affecting absorption.
(3) Combined use with tea city and caffeine can inhibit the metabolism of the latter, resulting in an abnormal increase in the concentration of theophylline and caffeine in the blood,
Even exhibiting symptoms of theophylline poisoning.
(4) It has an inhibitory effect on liver enzymes, and when combined with drugs metabolized in the liver, it can reduce their clearance rate and blood drug concentration
rise.
(5) Probenecid can inhibit its renal tubular secretion and excretion, prolonging its half-life.
[Function and Use] Quinolone antibiotics. Used for bacterial diseases and mycoplasma infections in chickens and racing pigeons.
