【Main Component】Lincomycin hydrochloride 

【Properties】This product is a white or almost white powder. 

【Pharmacological Action】It is a lincosamide antibiotic. Lincomycin belongs to the lincosamide class. It  has strong effects on Gram-positive bacteria, such as staphylococci, hemolytic streptococci, and pneumococci.  It inhibits anaerobic bacteria like Clostridium tetani and Clostridium perfringens; its effect on mycoplasma is  relatively weak. It also has a certain effect on Brachyspira hyodysenteriae and Toxoplasma gondii in pigs.  Gram-negative aerobic bacteria are usually not sensitive. Absorption in animals is rapid but incomplete when  administered orally; the bioavailability in pigs is 20% - 50%. Part of the drug is metabolized in the liver, and  the original drug and its metabolites are excreted via bile, urine, and milk. 

【Indications and Uses】As a lincosamide antibiotic. It is used for the treatment of infections caused byGrampositive bacteria in pigs and chickens, such as swine dysentery and necrotic enteritis in chickens. It can also be  used for mycoplasma infections in pigs and chickens. 

【Dosage and Administration】Calculated based on this product. For drinking water: For pigs, 0.4 - 0.7g per 1L  of water, continuous use for 7 days; For chickens, 1.5g per 1L of water, continuous use for 5 - 10 days. 

【Adverse Reactions】This product has a neuromuscular blocking effect. 

【Precautions】(1) Prohibited for laying hens during the egg - laying period. (2) Prohibited for animalsallergic to  this product or already infected with Candida.
